Cuplock and Pin Lock Scaffolding Systems
We are qualified to erect pin lock and cuplock systems along with all other scaffold systems. The majority of our customers prefer the safety, performance and efficiency of cuplock and pin lock scaffolding systems. Both systems are versatile, but pin lock may offer more flexibility for complex geometries and has a higher load capacity. However, cuplock is generally faster to assemble and disassemble.

Pin Lock Scaffolding
This system uses pins to connect horizontal and vertical components. The pins lock into keyhole slots, creating a secure and rigid structure. Its versatility allows for building complex scaffolding configurations, such as bridges, towers, and customized access platforms.

Cuplok Scaffolding
Cuplok uses a unique ‘cup’ and ‘blade’ connection. Ledgers (horizontal components) have blades that fit into cups on the standards (vertical components). A quick twist locks them together. This quick-lock system allows for rapid assembly and dismantling, which is crucial for minimizing downtime. It can also be easily configured to accommodate various shapes and heights, making it adaptable to different industrial structures and equipment.
