Welding Capabilities
We have state-of-the-art orbital and high-frequency welding equipment in our shop, which translates into competitive pricing and faster turnaround times for your projects. Our welding processes include:
S.M.A.W. (Stick welding): Uses a consumable electrode (“stick”) to join metals. Versatile and widely used.
G.T.A.W. (TIG welding): Uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode for precise, clean welds.
- Orbital GTAW: Automated TIG for consistent welds on pipes.
- Manual GTAW: Traditional TIG with hand-controlled electrode.
- High-Frequency GTAW: Uses high-frequency current for starting the arc, good for thin materials.
G.M.A.W. (MIG welding): Uses a continuously fed wire and shielding gas. Fast and versatile.
F.C.A.W. (Flux-cored welding): Similar to MIG, but with a flux-cored wire for added shielding. Good for thicker materials and outdoor use.
S.A.W. (Submerged arc welding): Uses a wire electrode buried under flux. Creates strong, deep welds for heavy-duty applications.
